Positive: Food presentation was beautiful, and the overall quality of food was high. Reception staff and some restaurant staff were very friendly, especially one Albanian lady who was exceptionally kind and warm. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. The ski bus was convenient, and the driver was incredibly friendly. The hotel area is pleasant, with plenty of parking available. The ski room was excellent - modern, spacious, and very well organized.

Negative: There were no vegetables at breakfast by default (they were available only upon request). Only one coffee machine, which often caused queues. Forks were not given at breakfast, which is strange. One older lady working in the restaurant was not very friendly and felt quite rude, which affected the atmosphere. The dining room is divided into a bright, pleasant area and a darker one - unfortunately, we were seated in the darker section and assigned the same table every day, with no option to change. The spa closes at 7 pm, which felt too early, especially after skiing - opening until at least 8 pm would be much more comfortable. The ski bus only goes to the nearest slopes; it would be great if it also connected to other areas like Sella Ronda. Overall, the stay felt quite expensive for what was offered.
